VEGAS

A slideshow from the VEGAS bootcamp in 2019, reviewing vegas software status and plans for the development work that was going to happen during that event. The most useful slides for beginners are 5-20, but it is also worth looking at 21-28 just to be exposed to the vocabulary and wider scope of the code.

If you are using the vegas_process_script (module load vegas_process_script) described here (VEGASInstallation) , all the commands per stage are set up automatically with the proper lookup tables and parameters, and managed in tehanu with condor.
